Returns & Exchange Policy

Every Suka Gila piece is made with care and attention to detail. As our products fall under the intimate-wear category, all returns are subject to strict hygiene and quality checks.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 3 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be a standard-sized item and not customised or made to order.
  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging intact.

All returned products will be inspected before approval. Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or clearance event are not eligible for returns, refunds, customisation, or store credit.

Refunds and Store Credit

We do not offer monetary refunds.

Once your return is received and approved, the eligible product value will be issued as store credit and must be used 3 months from the date of issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size, please return the eligible item and place a new order using the issued store credit. Product availability cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer unless the product received is incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

For an incorrect or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, complete opening process, and the issue is mandatory. Claims without a complete unboxing video may not be accepted.

Once the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit or a suitable alternative may be offered.
